Men on Fire Ministry
The mission of the Men’s Ministry is to be instruments of God and Disciples of Christ, led by the Holy Spirit. Our aim is to reach out and win others over to Jesus Christ, for the glory of God. With God’s grace and mercy as motivation, and the life of Jesus Christ as inspiration, we will achieve our goal by: Studying and teaching the word individually and collectively, supporting one another through prayer and fellowship, and providing outreach for the most basic needs due all God’s children. In doing so, we will build a stronger relationship with God, stronger families, a stronger community, and a stronger Body of Christ! The Men on Fire Ministry meets on 1st Sunday following service.
Youth Enjoying Salvation
The purpose of the YES Ministry is to introduce young people to the love of Jesus, train them up in the way that they should go, and create fellowship opportunities that surround them with like-minded believers. Our goal is to provide a well-rounded program of Sunday School, Thursday evening Bible Training, Children’s Church, Music and special events that will insure their growth in Christ. We invite you and your family to join MLCC in providing the best for your child’s future. Youth can get involved in the Marvellous Voices Youth Choir, the Lights of Joy Praise Dancers, our 3rd Sunday Youth Takeover.
My Sister's Keeper Ministry
To provide a unity of true sisterhood whereby women from all walks of life can be Encouraged, Empowered and Strengthened to grow in our relationship with God. Our aim is to ensure that our sisters have a safe place where they can be heard, loved, and understood as we promote spiritual growth through the word of God, fellowships, and fun spirit-filled activities. The women’s ministry meets every 1st Sunday of the month immediately following service.
Ushers and Greeters Ministry

Pastor's Care Ministry
Sometimes a pastor may find himself in a position where he is burdened and emotionally drained. After giving so much of himself to others, he may desire someone to pour back into him. It is for this reason that Pastor's Care Ministry exists.The Pastor's Care committee serves as a spiritual, financial and emotional support system for the pastor, as well as his family.
Music Ministry
The purpose of our music ministry is to fulfill the "Great Commission" by sharing the gospel, exalting, praising and glorifying the name of Jesus through music that is God-centered and faith-inspiring. Our worship music repertoire is comprised of traditional gospel, contemporary gospel, Christian anthems, and hymns. There are many opportunities within the ministry for you to use your musical gifts and talents. We welcome you to come and be a part of our music ministry. The music ministry includes: the MLCC Mass Choir, the Marvellous Voices Youth Choir, the Men on Fire Men's Choir, and the Judah Praise Team. Rehearsals are on Thursday following Bible Study.
Take it to the Street Ministry
Christians going door to door is the only Bible some may see. The Take it to the Street Ministry is devoted to helping people find their identity in Christ, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, binding up the brokenhearted, and proclaiming freedom to the captive. It has been said we are never more like Christ then when we are serving. We recognize that we can't grow without serving, and we cant serve without growing.
Love Marriage Ministry
Vision: MLCC's One Love Ministry is dedicated to helping engaged and married couples build and and maintain a Godly foundation. Our purpose to is educate, empower, and engage couples in understanding how to lead the positive, spirit-filled marriage that God intended us to have. The One Love Ministry will fellowship in a loving and supportive environment, which will promote growth and enrich the lives of every couple at MLCC.
The One Love Ministry meets once a month and is a part of MLCC's Marriage Ministry that meets weekly! If you're a couple who struggles to connect/if you'd like to try a new approach to making it work, or if you just learn how to keep that fire going in your marriage, please join us!
